Conveniently located just one block up the hill from Pour Jon's Coffee, Ivory Bill Brewing Co, Twin Springs Park, The Brick Ballroom, Fratelli's Wood-Fired Pizzeria, and all downtown Siloam has to offer. The property is also just a two blocks East of the Memorial Park Amphitheater complex, new library, splash pad, and farmers market.

Property is just as described and beautifully furnished. Whomever curated the rooms did an amazing job tying everything together, the ambiance was similar to mid century modern crossed with art deco style and we loved it. Beautiful large kitchen with plenty of space for our family to not feel on top of each other while eating.

The home was very aesthetic and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the rooms well organized and put together. The host Todd was very quick to respond and very kind. His instructions were clear and his attentiveness was top-tier. Definitely worth the stay and would highly recommend.

Todd,s place was so nice. Very comfortable; felt right at home. The pool was calling my name, only wish the it was warmer. But I did dangle my feet while driving the coffee that was provided. Very peaceful. The backyard was also securely fenced for my dogs and the pool is also fenced so they couldn’t get near it, so I didn’t have to worry about them falling in. I cooked a few meals and found everything I needed to cook with. Loved that there were TV’s in every room, and the living room TV was huge! I would definitely book this place again!

We were in town for the weekend at Woka Park and it rained us out, but the house made up for it. We played shuffleboard, games, swam in the pool, and a great coffee shop was just down the hill from us. We could have walked to downtown had it not rained all day because it's just around the corner. The house is so well decorated and love the open kitchen. We already plan on a return trip to do the water park again and hope to stay here when we do.
