This private suite is located behind a small Real Estate office in one of the coolest districts in NWA, and surrounded by lots of amazing shops. Enjoy free parking, a year round heated pool, gym, office space & outdoor patio, all included with your stay. Have a great cup of artisan coffee from Confident Coffee, a treat from Half Baked Goodness, unique gifts/ shopping from All Things Kindred or Apricot Lane Boutique, a mani/ pedi from Sweet Mia Nail Spa, all right outside the private entrance to your suite.

Would recommend Todd’s place! It had everything we needed, was very clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed confident coffee in the morning which was very close to the apt. Great pool!

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

I stayed 3 nights here and I felt like I was at home. All appliances needed were readily available, the location was perfect, with plenty to see and do nearby. I look forward to staying here again when I visit NWA!!

I stayed at Todd's place on a business trip and it had everything I needed! It was walking distance to some coffee shops, cookie shops, cute stores and restaurants. I also loved the amenities like the gym and the pool looked amazing (although I didn't swim in it due to it being colder). The airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and was very cute and cozy! It had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and lunch for my work days. Overall, would highly recommend staying at here!
