This private suite is located behind a small Real Estate office in one of the coolest districts in NWA, and surrounded by lots of amazing shops. Enjoy free parking, a year round heated pool, gym, office space & outdoor patio, all included with your stay. Have a great cup of artisan coffee from Confident Coffee, a treat from Half Baked Goodness, unique gifts/ shopping from All Things Kindred or Apricot Lane Boutique, a mani/ pedi from Sweet Mia Nail Spa, all right outside the private entrance to your suite.

We stayed here for a few nights for a concert and just for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! Within walking distance from the amp, had a great coffee shop and stores downstairs and wasn’t far from anything in Rogers!! It was a very nice apartment, very clean and also very cozy, we felt right at home when we walked in and enjoyed our stay very much! Will definitely be staying here again!!

This was one of my favorite Air Bnb stays ever! The place not only looked exactly like the pictures but exceed them! The size was perfect for 1 but would be comfy for 2 as well. The full kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to cook my lunch and dinners for a week including pots, measuring cups, containers for food prep, etc. The seating was very comfy with an oversized love seat and a cute little table. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable I was looking for tags so I can purchase the pillow at home! The bathroom was super spacious with a sink, shower, and toilet in their own space and the shower water pressure was perfect. The closet could’ve been a second bedroom it was so huge and it had a ton of hangers, more than I’ve ever seen in a rental. There was so much I didn’t even use from the washer/drier, to the ironing board, to the beach towels! The gym across the street was large and clean and the location of the unit was close to food, shops, even cookies! LOVED my stay!

We loved the studio!! Had everything you would need, great quality furniture & linens, super comfy & clean, has an awesome pool & fitness room, great coffee shop right across the street, can walk to great restaurants, was SO convenient & really quiet! We will definitely be back, thank you!!

Nice place! Only downfall is how close it is to the main entrance, but will definitely be back
