Our stay was great. The house had plenty of parking ( we had four motorcycles and two Spyders), the location was close to the riding trails and close to Ft Smith and restaurants . The house was spacious there was room for everyone to set in the living room or kitchen and visit. It was a great house and great get away.

We were in town for a graduation & Todd’s place was perfect! The layout of the home is nice & the kitchen has everything you need plus more!! We spent a lot of time hanging out on the furnished patio, would stay again

Great place very clean home and everything you need inside the home and beyond felt very at home here and the Neighborhood was safe clean and quite plently of restaurants near by and Todd was on top of everything we needed thanks again hope to see you in the future thank you

Being familiar with the area, we wanted convenience and this was perfect. Easy to get to, several possible routes in and out of the neighborhood. Nice neighborhood in a very good area.
