This place is in a newer community. It is very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Todd's house is cleaned and beds are comfy. I liked the primary bed's mattress. It is soft but very comfy. The furnitures and decorations were very well put together. The house is spacious with a nice fully fenced backyard and a covered patio. Close to Harps grocery and coffee shops. I highly recommend this place. We will come back to this place again if we are back in town. 💫💫💫💫💫

Todd’s place was beautiful- he needs a regular coffee pot- more kitchen hand towels and I was never able to work Master bedroom TV- no remote available 🤷♂️great home great location, great price- these are not to deter customers but merely suggestions for improvements.

Todd was very flexible with my arrival and graciously allowed me to check in early. He was very quick with responses. The hime is spacious and clean. Beds were VERY comfortable!!!

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting NW Arkansas! Very convenient location and in a peaceful and safe neighborhood! It felt like home and I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit!
