Precious people. Beautiful property. So cozy and very clean. We were able to cook a full meal at home each night thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. They even had snacks and water waiting when we arrived. The kids got to feed and pet all the animals and loved every minute of that. It is a bit of a trek if you have to travel much towards Fayetteville area but we brought our kayaks to float the Illinois River and it wasn't far down the road. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Varnadoe Villa! It was the perfect place to spend a fun-filled weekend for our granddaughter's birthday. The kids loved feeding the animals, feeding the fish, and of course swimming in the pool. The views and tranquility of the place is exactly what we all needed for a weekend away from the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to just relax and unwind with family or friends. Thank you for hosting us and we can't wait to come back again in the future.

My husband and I took our nephews on weekend trip and it exceeded expectations! We had so much fun! Plenty of space for us and the kids, has everything you need! We enjoyed the pool, the host and his family were so kind and were able to show us their animals. It was a wonderful time, look forward to staying again!

This property has stunning views and we were able to see quite a few farm animals. The pool is what originally drew our attention but we were just excited to vacation and play games inside to beat the heat (which was easy with the A/C and fan). The kitchen was stocked with amenities and utensils, which made the ones I brought a little redundant. I would not recommend using Waze to find the location as for some reason it does not consider the property on a road, while apple and google maps do. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful get away in Northwestern Arkansas, I think it would be difficult to beat this experience! Thank you!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.
