It was the perfect place to stay while we visited our daughter for a couple days. We loved being able to just walk right over to JBU. Great space inside with lots of games and books! And the swing out front was perfect! Thanks Todd! We will absolutely stay again.

We LOVED this home!! The furniture is comfortable and we appreciated lots of tables and chairs we could arrange as needed for meals or games. The neighborhood is quiet, there is plenty of parking available, we enjoyed using the grill, and our kids loved the swing out front. I loved the old-school (a.k.a. it actually works!) dishwasher. The bathrooms are roomy and there were plenty of bath towels. Super!
The house has a very interesting layout - I'd love to know the history of additions, etc. It's a great space to have multiple activities going on at the same time -- someone can be napping in one of the bedrooms and unaffected by others playing games or watching TV in the back room. The rooms were clean, the kitchen had lots of counter space (though the galley style took a little getting-used-to for traffic flow.) The kitchen was very well-stocked - pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, crockpot! We would love to stay here again!

A perfect family stay! I rented this place because of its convenience to the JBU campus. It is very walkable. I was able to visit with my sons and cook them some home-cooked meals and felt right at home at this place. It’s very clean, beds are comfy, and it has a very cozy, peaceful atmosphere.

I just think it could have been better if they had if decorated for Christmas in the house and would have had a tree that It would have been perfect seeing how we stayed there the week of Christmas but luckily I had brought some decorations just in case so it still turned out perfect

This was our second time staying at JBU Manor. The location is extremely convenient to the college, restaurants and shops. This home has so much character and space for large families. Great back patio to sit out on and visit on a sunny day while you’re barbecuing. Fun game room and family area in the back of the house to relax and enjoy making memories as well as the big kitchen right off the family room with tons of counter space to make great meals while visiting with everyone. Highly recommend. So glad we found this hidden treasure.

Todd is an amazing host—this is my family’s fourth time renting one of his beautiful properties, and he truly never disappoints! He’s always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about his guests.
The home was comfortable, cozy, and in a perfect location: close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants, yet still calm and quiet. Check-in was easy, parking was convenient, and the house offered plenty of fun games and puzzles. The beds were super comfy, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own room.
The backyard, patio, and porch were wonderful places to relax. The warm string lights along the fence and seating areas were such a thoughtful touch—they made the space feel inviting and cozy, and they were also incredibly helpful when returning at night, making parking simple. We absolutely loved the lights!
