this place is gorgeous! it has been recently renovated and it shows. it was so comfortable with TWO living rooms. An outside patio to enjoy coffee. big bathrooms! very clean and beds were so comfortable. kitchen was spacious and mire than adequate. the had a coffee bar complete with free coffee and teas. we will definitely stay there again on out next visit to see our new Granddaughter!

Todd was a fabulous host, very responsive to any questions. We loved the location really close to campus, yet it was quiet. One of the nice touches was that they had lights hanging along the fence at night- when we came back in the evening, the property had a soft glow from the lights allowing you to easily see parking..... The property was nice, clean and comfortable- comfortable bedding, crisp sheets and clean towels. They thought of everything from soap dispensers in the shower to hot chocolate options for the Kurig. Plenty of spaces inside the house for quests to have their own space. the aesthetic was pleasant with white and crisp green accents, and wooden flooring. Overall it felt very comfortable- home away from home, and the access was close to downtown and close to the university. Highly recommend this place!
