Very pleased with the property. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation from JBU and we became the central hub for extended family, my daughter, and her friends. Easily walked to every event at the university.
The home was well kept, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were beautifully updated and the outside lighting in the evenings created a warm and inviting environment.
To make everything even better, Todd was incredibly communicative and helpful. A host like this makes your Airbnb stay all the better.

Todd's Airbnb was perfect for our needs. It has a nice outdoor space and is very roomy inside. The location worked out well for us. It had a nice clean smell when we walked in that everyone noticed. Todd was probably the most responsive host that I have had at any Airbnb that I have reserved.

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy, the house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels, which we really appreciated. Todd checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The location is convenient - close to shops and restaurants. Just note it’s across from a large cemetery, in case that’s not your thing. Would definitely stay again!
