So thankful for Todd’s place and his hospitality! The location was so convenient to our family who lives in town, and the home was pleasantly accommodating to all our needs. Todd was also very simple to communicate with and proactively checked in on us.

Lovely home & quite spacious! It was our first time in Arkansas so we had no idea what to expect - but the location is so close to everything! House was very clean & cozy, made us feel right at home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was nice as it is located just a short walk from the park and a short drive from paved nature trails. The back yard was spacious, allowing for plenty of activities. Would stay here again!

We really liked the cul-de-sac location of the home and how quiet it was. Gas fireplace in the living room is very cozy. Home is very spacious and equipped with everything you would need. Hosts communicate very well.
